What should I bring on AP Exam day?

Being well-prepared on exam day can reduce anxiety and help you focus on doing your best. Creating an AP exam day checklist is a smart way to ensure you have everything you need. Here’s a list of essentials and items to leave at home.

What to Bring:

Several sharpened No. 2 pencils with erasers: This is essential for the multiple-choice sections of most exams.

Pens with black or dark blue ink: Required for writing answers on the free-response sections in most subjects.

A government-issued or school photo ID: You will not be allowed into the exam room without proper identification.

Your AP Student Pack: This is provided by your AP coordinator and contains your AP number label, which you will affix to your exam materials.
