No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used outside the platform without express written permission from EdisonOS.
6.2 Your license to use
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, EdisonOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal educational operations with your enrolled students.
6.3 Your uploaded content
When you upload questions, tests, or other content to EdisonOS ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By uploading, you grant EdisonOS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the platform services to you and your students. EdisonOS does not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any commercial purpose.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless EdisonOS from any claims arising from your user content.
7.1 Academy plans
EdisonOS operates on a subscription model built around Academy Plans. Every academy requires an active Academy Plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) to access the platform. Academy Plans are billed annually in US Dollars (USD). Current pricing is displayed at edisonos.com/pricing. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Student Licenses
Business Users may purchase student licenses through the EdisonOS console. Licenses grant individual students unlimited access to tests and content for the license duration (1-month, 3-month, or 12-month). Licenses are non-transferable — once assigned to a student, they cannot be reassigned to another student. When a license expires, the student retains access to past test records and the platform, but any new test attempts will consume credits from the academy's credit balance. The admin may deactivate a student at any time to prevent further credit usage.
7.3 Test Credits
Academy Plans include bundled test credits. Additional credits may be purchased at any time through the console at the published rate. Credits are consumed when a student without an active license starts an assigned test. Credits are deducted at the point the student begins the test, not upon completion. A student may save and exit a test at any time and resume later without consuming additional credits. Credit consumption varies by program and assessment type (full-length, sectional, or problem set) as published at edisonos.com/pricing.
7.4 Credit Restoraiton for Platform Issues
If a test is disrupted due to a verified platform or engineering issue, the Business User may raise a support ticket at help@edisonos.com. If the issue is confirmed as genuine by the EdisonOS support team, the consumed credit will be restored to the academy's credit balance.
7.5 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will receive a reminder email before annual renewals. To prevent renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date in accordance with Section 8.
7.6 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing your payment details, you authorize EdisonOS and Stripe to charge your payment method for the fees due. EdisonOS does not store your full card details. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). Stripe uses PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure to secure all payment data.
7.7 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, EdisonOS will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. You will be notified by email of any failed payment.
7.8 Price Changes
EdisonOS reserves the right to change prices. Business Users on annual plans will be notified at least 30 days before their renewal date if pricing changes. Continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees and prices stated on the EdisonOS platform and in any order form are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other government-imposed taxes, duties, or levies will be added to the Business User's invoice or charged to the payment method on file where required by applicable law. The Business User is responsible for all taxes associated with their purchases, except for taxes based on EdisonOS's net income. If the Business User is exempt from any tax, a valid exemption certificate must be provided to help@edisonos.com prior to purchase.
Unused credits and unused student licenses roll over and remain valid as long as the academy's Academy Plan is active. If the Academy Plan lapses, all unused credits and licenses are frozen — not forfeited. They will be restored if the Business User reactivates with a new Academy Plan purchase within 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity without any plan purchase, frozen credits and licenses expire permanently.
8.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your EdisonOS subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date. EdisonOS does not pro-rate cancellations mid-period.
8.2 Refund policy
